Privacy notice

We collect only what you send us, use it to reply, never sell it, and delete it when you ask. This website uses no analytics, no advertising trackers and no outside fonts or scripts.

Who we are

This website, kairovane.com, is run by Kairovane, Suite 123#4, New Nagole, Hyderabad, India, Pin: 500068. For anything about your personal data, write to ai@kairovane.com.

What we collect

When you use a form on this site

The contact form and the early-access form ask for your name, how to reach you (phone or WhatsApp number, e-mail), and optionally your business name, city, the languages you work in, what you need and a message. We also record the date and time, that you gave consent, the page you used, and a one-way coded version of your connection’s IP address. That code is used only to stop spam and abuse; the address cannot be read back from it.

When you use the chat assistant

The chat button opens an automatic assistant. It is not a person: it looks up answers in the pages of this website, and a person at Kairovane replies to anything it cannot answer. The questions you type are matched against our pages and are not stored by us. They stay in your browser tab only, so the conversation can carry on if you open a link from an answer, and they are removed when you press “Start again” or close the tab. If you choose “Leave a message here” and tick the consent box, we receive and keep your name, your e-mail address or phone number, your message and the last question you asked, with the date and time, the page you were on and the same one-way coded connection code described above. We use these only to reply to you. The coded connection code is also used to limit how many questions one connection can ask in a short time.

When you contact us directly

If you message us on WhatsApp, call us or e-mail us, we receive what you send through those services. Their own privacy terms also apply to them.

Technical logs

The company that hosts this website may keep standard server logs — such as IP address, browser type and pages requested — to keep the site secure and running.

Cookies

We set one essential cookie, called kv_s, and only when you open a page with a form or open the message form in the chat window. It protects the form against forgery and lets us show you whether your message was sent. It ends when you close your browser. We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and no outside scripts or fonts are loaded.

Why we use it

  • To reply to you and talk about your marketing.
  • To tell you about early access to our platform, if you joined the list.
  • To keep this website secure and stop spam.
  • To meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Your consent

We use the details you send through a form because you agreed to it with the checkbox. You can withdraw that consent at any time — as easily as you gave it — by writing to us. Withdrawing does not affect what was done before.

Who sees it

The people at Kairovane who need it to answer you, and the providers who run our website and e-mail for us. Nobody else, unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Only as long as needed for the purpose you gave it for, and no more than 24 months after our last contact with you — unless you become a client, in which case our written agreement applies. If you ask us to delete your details sooner, we will.

How we protect it

Form records are stored in a private folder outside the public part of the website, with access limited to the people who need it. Forms are protected against forgery and automated spam.

Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us:

  • for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
  • to correct, complete, update or erase it;
  • to stop using it, by withdrawing your consent;
  • to resolve a complaint (grievance redressal);
  • to let a person you nominate use these rights for you if you die or cannot act yourself.

To use any of these rights, write to ai@kairovane.com with “Privacy” in the subject. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

This website is meant for businesses and adults. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us for you.

When we do marketing for a client

When a business hires us, we may handle personal data of its customers — for example, people who leave a review or send an enquiry. We do that only on the client’s instructions, under a written agreement, and under the same rules: consent first, official tools only, nothing sold.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and its date.
